This is a late Victorian dirk retailed by Kirkwoods to an officer in a volunteer battalion of the Camerons. it is 17" long with the blade 11" The mounts are all in silver and the cairngorms have no chips at all which is scarce for a dirk of this age.My photos don't do it justice!
