Georgian Royal Artillery Shoulder Belt Plate.

A Very Large and scarce Georgian Royal Artillery Shoulder Belt Plate 11cm x 10cm in Gilded Brass. Gilt Worn. This pattern was worn by officers on the Bell Topped Shako 1828-1832 and is referred to in K&K p 220. It is of 2 piece construction a curved brass backplate, on this a multi rayed star. To the top the Georgian Crown below this two Laurel sprays to the centre 3 Guns on top of each other. (Three Guns in Pale?) To the rear traces of gilt and four fittings very unusual scarce item. If anyone has more information I would welcome it.
