Black Watch Grenadier Company Pewter Bonnet Badge

Very scarce pattern badge. Have the only other one I have seen in my collection. Bloomer states that this badge dates to 1840 and is similar to his line company badge on P65 (Blue Book) There are three patterns, Line company with St Andrew standing on sphinx. Light Company with a bugle horn on top of the sphinx and this one with a bursting grenade on top of the sphinx 7.5cm x 6cm 2 long lugs to rear
