Royal Midlothian Yeomanry Cavalry Victorian Helmet Plate

Superb silvered example of this fine and scarce Helmet plate. Worn circa 1870. Rare to find these types of plates undamaged. It is 6" tall and 4.5" wide and was originally worn on the black leather helmet. The pattern then being altered fro the white metal albert type helmet. Lovely item
