The Royal Welch Fusiliers Georgian Other Ranks Shoulder Belt plate

This is in Parkins book described as being mentioned in Volume XXX of the Journal of the society for army historical research. Worn from 1810-1830 It is the same pattern as Parkin 209. This is in heavy cast brass with some rubbing to surface. The belt hooks have been removed. 3.0" tall and 2.5" wide.
