Superb Officers Helmet Plate. The 3rd VB came from the 4th Corps of Staffordshire Rifle Volunteers who had their HQ at Wolverhampton. They were designated the 3rd VB South Staffordshires in 1883. The 3rd VB became the 6th Territorial Battalion of the South Staffordshire Regiment in 1908
