4th Volunteer Battalion Scottish Rifles (Cameronians) Glengarry Badge

Formed from the Lanarkshire Rifle Volunteers in 1887 The 4th contributed over 70 men to the Boer war. This is the badge that was worn on the glengarry and also the post 1904 Slouch Hat. This is a silvered example so is probably NCOs or Officers
